BCR Launches New Customer Portal, myBCR

In order to better serve our members, BCR has designed a new customer portal, myBCR. With myBCR, you will enjoy all the features of our previous online account access, along with new features designed to improve your service. You can now browse the BCR catalog of products and services, request quotes and place orders, view all current quotes, orders and registrations, browse the BCR training calendar as well as register and pay for classes.
To get started with myBCR, click on sign up for myBCR. After you sign up you will automatically have Individual access and you will be able to view and edit your personal contact information, register for classes and events, and order products available to individuals.
BCR will be hosting several webinars for BCR members to help you learn to navigate and use myBCR. You will need to register via myBCR and have your myBCR account information with you at the webinar.

Most of our BCR customers will need access to institutional accounts. Access to these institutional accounts is granted via additional permissions by our Solutions Team upon request. Additional permissions are granted by group:
- Billing – view invoicing/billing information for an institution
- Training – register institution contacts for classes and events
- Purchasing – view invoicing/billing information for an institution and order products and services for an institution
- Primary Contact/Administration – have complete access to all areas of myBCR and institutional information
