In the past, did your library deposit money with BCR to be used to purchase products and services?  Is there money remaining in that account?  If you answered “no”, you don’t have to take any action.  If you answered “yes” to both of these questions, please take the time to fill out the Deposit Account Funds Release Form available online and submit it electronically.  If you already submitted this form – thank you! — you do not need to fill it out again.

The form is located at: https://www.bcr.org/forms/deposit_account.html.  If your institution still has funds on deposit and hasn’t filled out the form yet, please complete it as soon as possible. BCR will release deposit account funds during August and expects to complete the process for all accounts by August 31.  No funds will be released for your institution until all of your outstanding invoices have been paid.  Any libraries with money still on deposit who haven’t filled out the form will receive those funds via check made out to the library.
